Casa Jardines Canario

                      HOUSE FOR SALE  JARDINES VALLARTA

Remodeled Vida Vallarta Home Across from a Park – 3 En-Suite Bedrooms, One     on     the Ground Floor, & Mountain-View Rooftop

This home offers both a great location and a great layout. It sits across from a park in Vida Vallarta, one of Puerto Vallarta’s most convenient neighborhoods. British American School and Colegio Ameyali are just 160 ft (50 m) away, Costco and La Comer supermarket 650 ft (200 m), and the Los Mangos Public Library 1,300 ft (400 m). Banks, Macroplaza shopping center and the city’s main hospitals are only minutes away. Daily errands can be done on foot, which leaves more time for family.

Ground floor
You arrive at a covered two-car garage with an automatic gate and a small garden. Inside, the living room opens to a full kitchen with white granite countertops and primavera wood cabinetry. A well-ventilated laundry area sits at the back.

This level also has one of the hardest features to find in the neighborhood: a spacious ground-floor bedroom with a full bath and tempered-glass shower, large primavera wood closets and a big window overlooking the park. It’s ideal for parents, grandparents or anyone who’d rather skip the stairs.

Second floor
A wide, generous staircase leads to the primary suite, which has a two-person jacuzzi tub, a large primavera wood walk-in closet with luxury finishes and a small balcony overlooking the park. The same floor has a second en-suite bedroom with its own closet, plus a service room that can double as a linen closet.

Rooftop
One more flight up is everyone’s favorite spot. The stainless-steel grill area sits under a clay-tile roof that gives shade and shelter, and there’s a half bath. From here you can see the mountains and the park’s tree canopy. It’s perfect for weekend barbecues, birthdays and sunset evenings.

Remodeled and move-in ready
The home has A/C and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, aluminum and tempered-glass enclosures in every bathroom, and wood-look PVC windows.
